No refunds. Store credit available for returns, as long as item(s) are returned to mechant in orginal packaging, in un-used condition, within 14 days after customer received orginal order. Customer must request/confirm return via e-mail, and include the return number provided by merchant with return package. All return shipping is at customer expense.
